Dennis cancels meet, but not the party!
September 8 - Williamstown, NJ - - The second stop of the SSI Endorsed North East Double Header was cancelled about noon Sunday when the latest flight service forecast predicted another day of rain courtesy of Hurricane Dennis.
Eleven teams had registered for the event. Competitors from as far away as California weathered out their disappointment with the usual rainy day activities on Saturday, hoping that they might get a break toward sunset as the storm moved further inland.

|The cancellation was the first time in history that an SSI Endorsed Xperience or Pro Tour competition had not completed the minimum two rounds needed for an official meet. Event organizers refunded all entry fees.|
Psycho Cirkus wins first stop in North East
On to Cross Keys!!
August 29 - Lebanon, Main - The first stop of the SSI Endorsed North East Double Header wrapped up among the dense pine forest of Southern Maine early Sunday morning. A total of six teams with competitors from as far away as California, France and Germany took part.
In Freefly, the Lake Elsinore, CA based Psycho Cirkus made their pro debut in convincing style by running away from the rest of the five team field. They won with smooth and consistent flying, posting a meet high score of 92.3 in the fourth round.
Immediately after the meet at Skydive Lebanon, many of the Teams began gearing up for the second stop of the SSI Endorsed North East Double Header this upcoming weekend, Sept 4-5, at Skydive Cross Keys near
Philadelphia, where $5,000 in cash PLUS prizes will be awarded. [see below]
The two SSI Endorsed Xperience events that make up the "North East Double

teams with a fun and unique opportunity to compete, learn and take home
some cash over two successive weekends.
Both events use SSI Pro Rules for Skysurfing and Freeflying, which feature ALL free routines, NO compulsories. Both events will feature an SSI Judge, one of the very same pro level judges who scored the world's best teams at the '99 SSI Open and the '99 X Games.
Both events offer Pro and Amateur categories and are open to anyone
meeting the SSI safety and proficiency guidelines. Pro class competitors
are eligible for Official SSI Sky Points, good toward recognition among
